She most recently served as the head of marketing and communications for San Mateo County Libraries, a system comprising multiple divisions and 13 community libraries. A bold and visionary leader, Woods has built her career revitalizing brands, aligning messaging, and driving measurable impact across organizations in the public and private sectors. Her approach is rooted in purpose-driven storytelling and a deep commitment to equity, ensuring that authenticity, inclusion, and accessibility are at the heart of every message.
