What is the FYE Summer Bridge?

The 69ÂÜÀò Summer Bridge is a pre-semester transition program designed to support incoming students in building confidence, community, and college readiness before the fall term begins. Students will connect with peers, meet faculty and staff, learn how to navigate campus resources, and gain tools for academic and personal success.

The 2026 program runs from Monday, August 3 – Friday, August 7.

What is First Year Experience (FYE) for STEM and SOAD Cohorts?

The First Year Experience Program (FYE) is a year-long learning community designed for new-to-college students who will enroll in FYE designated English, Math, and Counseling classes. This means students will see the same peers in their FYE classes where they can establish bonds, find friends, and belong to a community that supports them in their first year of college.
